Our larger modular homes arrive in two sections with a hinged roof. On-site labor and equipment is required to complete the cabin and is not available in all states. Customers in select areas will be required to hire a locally licensed contractor to complete the on-site work.

standard vs deluxe
Cabins 24' and wider come standard with a 6/12 pitch and no loft. You can upgrade to our deluxe package which features a 10/12 pitch and partial loft over the interior rooms.
