PLAN YOUR CABIN
PLAN YOUR CABIN
1. Land and financing:
We understand it's difficult to budget without knowing cost ahead of time. We do have standard pricing and floor plans available to help determine a starting point for your project. We do recommend having these items in place before proceeding with custom quotes. With every state, city and county land restrictions, code requirements and HOA's can dictate cabin requirements and pricing. Although planning ahead is crucial it's also beneficial to know where the cabin is going to be placed so we can provide accurate information and pricing.
2. Plan a visit:Once you have an idea of cost, customer responsibilities and have or are close to having land and financing available we can arrange for you to visit our main office in Shepherdsville, KY. While with us you can tour the cabins on-site, ask questions, take pictures and leave with a better understanding of the style and size cabin you want to call home.
3. Determine size and layout:
Now that you know the size you can choose from one of our standard floor plans with or without modification. If you're still unsure let us know what's important to you and we'll prvoide you with a floor plan and custom quote. This can be done from our "Quote Page" or call 502-921-0002.
4. Site visit:
We recommend a site visit prior to purchasing to determine if any addittional work and/or equipment will be required for your wanted style and size cabin. Starting at $300 (depending on distance) the driver will meet you on-site to walk the property and discuss placement, any possible concerns and whats needed ahead of time and during delivery.
5. Customizing your floor plan and options:
Now comes the best part, finalizing your floor plan and working out the details. This step includes picking options, chosing colors and really making it your own. You can change a traditional entry door into sliding patio doors, customize your kitchen with a rasied bar or stick with our standard features. Nearly every construction detail is in your hands from the number of closets and floor color to window placement and porch design.
